Kuesioner ini disebut juga Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai faktor psikososial terkait pekerjaan yang memengaruhi kesehatan dan kinerja.

Sebelum menggunakannya, INAGO-er(s) perlu memahami beberapa hal di bawah ini:

  1. Kuesioner ini bersifat self-reporting dan terbatas, kami menghargai kerahasiaan data sehingga tidak diteruskan kepada pihak manapun.
  2. Skala kuesioner terdiri dari daftar 4 dimensi faktor psikososial terkait pekerjaan yang memengaruhi kesehatan dan kinerja.
  3. Jawablah setiap pernyataan dengan tingkat persepsi yang dirasakan.
  4. Skor akhir yang didapat akan ditampilkan setelah klik submit.
  5. Mohon kebijaksanaan dalam menanggapi Skor yang didapat !.
  6. Skor yang didapat, membantu untuk menilai ketegangan pekerjaan.
  7. Hasil dapat diunduh untuk kepentingan tindak lanjut.
  8. Kuesioner ini digunakan untuk penapisan, sehingga sangat disarankan untuk konsultasi dengan dokter/ psikolog INAGO-ers ya…
